Nutrition and Frequencies: Why the Vibes of Your Food Matter

Nutrition and Frequencies: Why the Vibes of Your Food Matter

3 minute read

We often think about food in terms of calories, vitamins, or macronutrients—but there’s another layer to consider: frequency.

Everything in the universe has an energetic frequency, including the foods we eat. Just like our bodies and the natural world, food vibrates at different levels depending on how it’s grown, prepared, and processed. And just like wearing our frequency-infused bracelets helps balance and protect your body, choosing high-frequency foods can support your overall energy, mood, and health.

What Is Food Frequency?

Frequency refers to the measurable rate of electrical energy—expressed in Hertz (Hz)—that is emitted by all living things. Fresh fruits and vegetables, herbs, and wild foods tend to have higher vibrational frequencies, while overly processed, chemically-laden, or microwaved foods have lower or even neutral frequencies.

The late Bruce Tainio, a pioneer in frequency research, found that a healthy human body vibrates around 62-72 MHz. When we eat high-frequency foods, we help maintain or even raise our vibration. Low-frequency foods can drag it down, potentially making us feel sluggish, unwell, or energetically “off.”

High-Frequency Foods to Embrace

  • Raw fruits and vegetables (especially organic and local)

  • Herbs and spices (fresh and dried—think basil, rosemary, ginger, turmeric)

  • Fermented foods (like sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir)

  • Sprouted grains and seeds

  • Green juices and chlorophyll-rich plants (like spirulina and wheatgrass)

  • Pure, filtered water (especially structured or spring water)

These foods are not only nutrient-dense, they’re energetically alive. Eating them regularly can promote clarity, vitality, and a sense of alignment.

Low-Frequency Foods to Limit

  • Highly processed or refined foods

  • Artificial sweeteners and preservatives

  • Microwaved meals

  • Foods grown with pesticides or GMOs

  • Excessive animal products from factory farms

These items often carry stress energy, chemical residues, and little life force. Over time, they can weigh down your frequency and make you more susceptible to fatigue or imbalance.

It’s Not Just What You Eat—It’s How You Eat

The energy and intention you bring to your meals also affects the frequency. Saying grace, eating slowly, and being present while eating all help increase the vibrational value of your food. Gratitude raises frequency!
