Can I get my Miracle Band wet?
While our frequency discs are resistant to water and sweat, prolonged exposure with our leather band collection may cause the band to become dry and brittle.

Is it normal for my disk to change color?
Yes, the metals in the disk will tarnish over time, it may even turn green or black. It is caused when the surface of the metal comes into contact with body oils, makeup, sulfur, sweat, perfumes, deodorants, lotions, and other external substances. When caring for your band you can clean it with soap and water.
How tight does my band have to be to be effective?
Your band can be worn on your ankle or wrist. It does not have to be tight, just wear it comfortably like any other piece of jewelry. As long as the charged disk is within 2-3 inches of your body it will work. It will work if you have it in your pocket or even on your ankle over a pair of socks.
What if I have to take my band off during the first 30-day period, would I need to start all over again?
If you need to take off your band for a few minutes, or even a few hours, it will not alter its effectiveness and you do not need to restart your 30-day period. So don't stress if you do not want to wear it in the shower, you are going to go through airport security, or have a medical procedure where you have to remove your jewelry, etc. But if you left it off for a day or two, we suggest starting your 30-day period over when you start wearing it again.

What is the return policy if I purchase your bands on your Etsy page or online store?
The New You Miracle Band offers a 60 day money back guarantee for 100% of the item’s original purchase price. After wearing the band for 24 hours a day in the first 30 days (unless you have an allergic reaction), if you see no improvement we will give you a full refund. The customer is responsible for product return and associated postage. For your protection, we recommend you insure your package and purchase tracking. Please save the carrier receipt until you receive your refund. Upon receiving and processing your returned item, a refund will be issued to your payment method. But before you start the return process, try taking the band off for a day or two after wearing it for 30 days and see how you feel. In an effort of good faith, we accept returns up to 60 days of purchase.

Our collars are premium quality. We will replace any registered Lucky Paws pet collar that has been accidentally damaged during normal pet-related activities, even if it's chewed in half!
Our guarantee does not cover products that are:
- Lost
