No Purchase Necessary. A purchase is not required to enter or win.

Eligibility. Open to brick-and-mortar retail store owners or authorized representatives who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Online-only businesses are not eligible. Limit one (1) base entry per physical retail location.

How to Enter. Eligible retailers will receive one (1) base entry upon submission of the registration form. In addition, each qualifying reorder of twelve (12) Miracle Bands during the promotional period will earn one (1) additional entry. There is no limit to the number of additional entries earned through qualifying reorders. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prize. Three (3) winners will be selected, with one (1) winner per designated expo event. Each winner will receive a three (3) night hotel stay associated with the specified expo. Approximate retail value (ARV) will be disclosed prior to each drawing.

Hotel accommodations only are included. All other expenses — including but not limited to transportation, airfare, meals, expo admission fees, incidentals, taxes, resort fees, and additional hotel charges — are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor.

Winner Selection. Each drawing will take place forty (40) days prior to the corresponding expo event. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and will be notified using the contact information provided at entry.

Prize Conditions. Prize must be accepted as awarded. Prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned. No substitutions permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a selected winner chooses not to attend the designated expo, Sponsor reserves the right to award a cash payment equal to the stated promotional value of the hotel stay in lieu of attendance.

General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
