all of the above...and more. There was a slight misunderstanding on my part about a $5 discount that I could not get to apply to the order. I wrote the issue and was not happy that the $5 was not allowed for whatever reason. As it was my first time buying I did not know all the ins and out of the site. When the product arrived there was a $5 bill in the envelope and an apology that it happened. Even though it was my lack of knowledge and none of their fault they went out of their way to make the experience beyond expectation. I have never had anything like this happen before....YAY ETSY!!!
This is my second bracelet and it is made extremely well and looks as sharp as is pictured. I have noticed pain relief from arthritis. I do still have pain just not as bad. I do feel more relaxed when wearing which is probably due to the 5g disrupter.
One card said to wear it for 30 Days. Another said to wear it for 14 Days. I have only had the braclet for 13 days. Still having a lot of Pain. Have not given up on it yet. R Barr
